I was simply stating that it looked perfect. I have no doubts a purchase would be justified by PQ, but the ultimate edition will be a definite purchase for me. I tried to rent it, but obviously had no luck. I'm one of those people who believed the movie didn't deserve all of its praise, so I might feel a bit like a hypocrite purchasing both editions. Not to mention, my purchase would primarily be based on replay value, so this release doesn't appeal too much to me. I'm highly sure, though, that I can hold out until November, especially with Saving Private Ryan releasing soon. Of course that means I'll have to endure friends without a player who are depending on me to see it on Blu.

Just got it and popped it in before a movie night with friends. Amazing PQ and AQ. Loaded quickly on the PS3!! I am impressed and cannot wait for the Ultimate/Fan Edition of the movie!

Totally agree, who thinks in their right mind that the PQ is going to look bad or be lacking.

I don't know If it broke many records at the box office, why would they do anything less than above and beyond for a BD release?

A DVD copy = Digital copy does it not? But you're right. The cover doesn't say digital copy.
