This is true. Target did drop the one-day b2g1 in December but that was in 2020.

Based on the last year at least, there should be one in mid-Feb.

I think you're right that these sales may be gone, or at least far less frequent.

I would imagine at some point, whether this weekend or sometime in Jan., the floodgates could be open for discounted preorders as they were in the past around this time of year.

Chances are they wouldn’t last long anyway, but best to keep an eye out for preorders in the early hours when this 20% sale goes live. Anything is possible.

It's about quantity and what qualifies for the deal, not the quality.

25K+ is a lot...of DVDs and shame.

Depends how you pay. And is it a preorder?

If using redcard it won't post usually until it ships. Pretty certain credit and paypal are right away. If its a preorder then I believe it won't charge until it ships for a credit card.
