I posted all the pms sent after my steelbook was delivered as the other ones are not necessary. I could also post the dozen I sent that you didn't have the decentecy to reply to but then that would just be petty.

I just wanted to show everyone what was said and how I kept my side of the deal.

Why are you targeting members with low trader scores? I was trying this forum out but after the poor welcoming I think I will keep to the ones I can trust.

I have made a couple of transactions with Tiny before and believe he is a top notch member and trader on this site. I would never hesitate in dealing with him again. We all experience a few "hiccups" in tranactions from time to time.

imo this is a matter that should have remained private between the OP, the two buyers, and mods, but since it is public, it seems like the OP is trying to make up for the problem by giving you--Alpha--2 of his blus for free...why not wait and see how that goes before continuing to bash him? i'm not choosing a side here, just pointing out that every time someone sticks up for Tiny there always seems to be a counterpost bashing him and it continues to go on and on and on..anyway I hope the entire situation gets cleared up soon and everyone comes out of it satisfied.

If I sell something on ebay or uk forums and the item goes missing I will refund the buyer and then put a claim in with royal mail if I dont have any proof then it's my loss not the buyers or trader...

I tried to keep it private but he wasn't very helpful and he didn't seem to be that bothered when I mentioned about imforming the mods as he said WHAT CAN THEY DO?

surely the problems should be addressed in his thread anyway so other buyers are aware of all negative and postive issues.

i do think it is something that should be made public IF it turns out that Tiny is scamming you and decided to ignore all of your PMs and/or leave the forum. he is obviously trying to work with you and Alpha on this in some fashion...as you know a mod already locked his trade thread so he's prevented from trading any more on this site until your issue is resolved and i hope it is anyway it's not my place to really get into it further so i'll stop there.

here's some more proof from my side. here's the Sweeney todd steelbook serpico77 sent me with the damage in the exact spot as i mentioned it. i wish i would have takin picture of the bourne trilogy box as well as proof, so alphanerds theory of me lieing about damage is out the window now. and because alphanerd keeps bashing me i'm not sending him 2 free blu-rays, he can kiss my butt as far as i'm concerned now. i try to make it right and he keeps bashing. he is also lieing about me doing this on other sites. he will not be able to show proof of this.

another theory they made about me scamming users with 0 to no feedback. please check my feedback if you haven't already, i have members with 1 feedback and lots with below 10 or whatever. so there's your other theory out the window alphanerd.

i agree with you in everyway possible. i don't agree with my thread being closed when noones else's that has scammed and got caught has been closed. only mine, and i'm not caught doing anything! i am trying to stay a member on here and just request DC al the time but i do not feel like i should help serpico77 or alphanerd in any way at this point. so if i can't come back because i don't kneel to them people i believe are trying to scam me then so be it i won't trade here anymore.

I offered to sort it out and you said you would send me an email with pictures but you never did. How could I do anything about it without pictures. You then listed the steelbook in your thread for $40 but never mentioned it having dents or marks. If you sold it and the buyer received it then he would have come back to you for selling something damaged. Surely common sence would have told you to list it with minor marks...

I offered you a new and sealed Hancock steelbook but you wanted the sweeney one which I brought a couple of days before, it was mint condition and never had any marks when posted. I would have gladly sent you the hancock one or a new sweeney one that I have myself.

Being rude and calling me a liar is unacceptable...

I have never experienced anything like this. You are extremely rude and very unhelpful and if the steelbook means that much to you then you can keep it and I hope it makes you sleep well at night knowing that you have one over an honest English lad...

People mention things going missing in the post which can happen quite often.
So please tell me if you did post Indy as you said you did and you posted it to someone who had a trading score of 20 and he told you that he never received it. What would you have done? Would you have treated him in the same way?

Crank (Steelbook Blu-Ray) was in perfect condition and just as described.
Shutter (Blu-Ray) came in pretty good condition, the holder holding the disc had one broken thing on it, but it still held the disc.

So you got yours does that make it right for him not to no refund items that go missing? What would you have done if your item never arrived? You would have done the same as I am doing now.

If anyone doubts me then they can gladly ring my local sorting office and check if any parcels have been delivered from US to my home address.

this thread was not made to go back and forth with you serpico/alphanerd. it was made to show the mods and everyone my side of the story and stick up for myself because my thread i believe was wrongfully closed and i am not able to make another thread.. all the bashing was done by you 2 guys, i have just been trying to stay a positive member on here and explain my side. it would make no sense for me to scam you. that would mean i didn't send anything to you guys at all right? so i just thought that you would never know it didn't come? or not care it didn't come? i didn't do this and run away from the forum. isn't that what someone scamming would do? i think that shows even more of my honesty to this ordeal.

I haven't run away but you think I am scamming you. You never answered my question about trading with more trader rating..
I only left messages in your thread as you never replied to my pms.

A refund or replacement would be acceptable. If you posted it and it's gone missing why should I lose out if you didn't get proof of posting?
