The troubling thing is that Johnson could be the premiere action star right now, but instead of getting a really breakthrough project going, he's cashing in with these Disney movies. When I saw The Rundown back in 2003, I thought I saw the next big thing in action movies. How disappointed I've been over the years. The guy has such great screen presence and charisma, I hate to see it wasted on this type of trite nonsense.

I don't have any proof of this but from what I can rememebr is that he is chosing to do these "kiddy" or "younger" movie theme's because he wants to do movie that his kids can enjoy. SAme thing with eddie murphy. I personally enjoy most of DJ movie's. I for one relly like his lihgt hearted attempts at the disney movie's. Am I saying I don't want to see him kick some candy @$$ of course I would but I don't mind the light hearte stuff as well.

That poster completely reminds me of Ben Affleck in Dogma actually.

Count me in the camp that would like to see Johnson do some more action stuff too. I don't dislike his Disney work, just wish he would go one for one maybe, like Robert Rodriguez does.
