Way to many titles to pick as a favorite, but for pure cheeziness, I always will love the 1st Night Of The Demons ( hearing good news about the remake,as well). As far as on BD, of course I rank the original Halloween high up there, but Bram Stoker's Dracula scores too! Keep an eye out for the upcoming Trick R Treat, it's supposed to be cool, and Roctober 13TH sees the arrival of Drag Me To Hell. This is certainly a great season, enjoy it!

It's a tradition in my house to watch the original Halloween every Halloween night. You can't beat that "trick or treat" atmosphere.

The Nightmare Before Christmas is the only Halloween movie I own on Blu-Ray, so by default it wins. But if Disney ever releases Hocus Pocus on Blu-Ray, that will be my number one choice.

Am I the only one who has always thought of Nightmare Before Christmas as strictly a Christmas film?

i'm in the same boat as you.

this thread makes me realize i need more horror films in my collection. i want to pickup friday the 13th and nightmare on elm st but waiting on box sets, etc.

i've noticed one constant when checking BD collections here, i'd guess 95% of all BD collectors have The Descent, maybe it's time I check it out
