Now after watching Silsila and Kabhi Kabhi in high Definition, I have a strong craving to watch more oldies in 1080p !! watching Rishi Kapoor and Neetu Singh songs in kabhi kabhi on my wide screen projection was unimaginable and a dream come true !!!!!

There are tons and tons of Bollywood classics that do not have even a decent DVD. They deserve a good high definition release

Sahab Bibi aur Ghulam is currently being restored alongside other Guru Dutt classics. I would hope that the restoration work means we will see releases on Blu in the near future. I read about this in a news release about a potential bio-pic on Guru Dutt's life with potentially Amir Khan playing the lead role as Guru Dutt.

guys, how many of these classics have decent clean masters for the transfer?

I imagine many of the 70's and 80's movies will have really bad/dirty prints and poor audio to begin with.
