I wonder if anyone of the Kubrick hardcore fans could help me out.

The very first Kubrick DVD edition (with most of the movies in 4:3 format) contained Warner-typical snapcases. And these editions (as far I know, these were the only ones) had actual chapter lists on the inside of the front cover.

Could anyone who still is in possession of that first DVD edition possibly take a photo of those chapter lists for me? Especially for the following films:

- 2001
- Lolita
- A Clockwork Orange
- Full Metal Jacket
- Eyes Wide Shut

The only one I have in that edition is Clockwork, so I can help you out with that at least.
