As of tonight, Amazon appears to have removed the current street date for this release. The release doesn't look to be imminent.

Does anyone have any info regarding the aspect ratio this release will have? This site and the clip linked to above use 1.66.1, but IMDb (not always reliable) list Academy, which is how the trailer is presented. I'm assuming that, given the film's release date, the AR should be 1.66.1, but low-budget films from this era were still occasionally released in Academy.

Craig has confirmed in the Cinelicious thread that the new street date is November 8th. Hopefully, the third time will be the charm.

I got a reply to my email yesterday, and the very nice and polite rep at the other end explained that If I was in the US, he'd be able to mail me a copy straight away if I didn't want to wait for the new release date.

As it wasn't possible for me to get a copy like this, I didn't ask the costs etc. So, if anyone can't wait, send them a mail at info@cineliciouspics.com for more details.

Reportedly, both Amazon and Cinelicious were expecting to receive copies yesterday.

As of right now, Diabolik's website does not report having any copies in stock.

Our discs arrived! FINALLY! If you order directly from our shop they'll ship ASAP. Otherwise, amazon confirmed with us they will begin shipping on 11/8.

We're very sorry for the delays - but think you'll agree once you've seen it, it was worth the wait.

When Cinelicious ships out an order, such as PRIVATE PROPERTY, do they send an email notification to the buyer? If so, do they list a tracking number for the shipment?
