Is Paramount waiting for the end of the 30-day return policy.?

Hearing people saying that Paramount Blu-Ray disc are getting restocked on the stores and Paramount Title available on some amazon, can this be the case that Paramount is just quiet cuz Toshiba has asked them to delay the announcement till the end of the 30-day return period for x-mas sales... So all the players they have sold on the x-mas periods won't get returned back to them... cuz i m sure that will be a large quantity and already they sold them at loss so they don't want to face more anger from their share holders.

Just guessing, but i think if these incidents r happening then there is a reasonable possibility to find an announcement at the start of next month by Paramount of going neutral atleast...

A little more patience is all what we need.:P
