Just to let you know, most manufacturers require several (sometimes 10 or more) dead pixels before they authorize the replacement of the panel. So, hopefully you can just massage it away or use some other method to fix it because the warranty will not cover the panel's replacement just for that one dead pixel.

DO NOT massage the pixel. you are just running the risk of damaging more pixels around it.

get one of the things that flashes different colors. that's your best bet. instead of buying one, just find one for PC and then connect your computer to your TV and run the thing.

i have one dead one on mine that chances awhole bunch of diffent colors..that a dead pixel?..only one i can notice when im face close on the screen..not a big problem



reading the book of my tv...says its normal for LCD to have a dead pixal..

not lucky i guess...but not really noticable to me in the bedroom

I had a stuck pixel (red) when I bought my LCD then a few weeks later another one came stuck (blue or green can't remember) but they both magically dissapeared
