So I finally picked up a PS3 game. I'm speechless.

you sound like me almost a year ago...I've had more PS3 games in the past year than I have ever had with any system...

That is a fun game. Although it is more of private game but the graphics, at times, are incredible these days.

just wait for Resistance 2 to come out 8 player co-op and 60 player battles

this is why i havent bought it yet but because it is only $40 at Best Buy this week im not hesitating to buy it anymore and ill even download all of the add ons

As far as a first person shooter The Orange Box can't be beat. You get five games for the price of one, so you will be playing it for a while. I didn't try out the online gaming when I rented it but I hear Team Fortress is really good too. I can't wait for Killzone 2 and Resistence 2, those two will eat up a lot of my time.

I also recommend checking out the demos which you can easily download to your PS3.

I'd recommend Oblivion Game of the year edition. Picked it up 2 months ago and still play for hours a day. Absolutly can't wait foe RFOM2 later this year.

I love COD4, but overall considering graphics and playability, Oblivion is unmatched.
