Well, I just got this email from WHV. Looks like this one has been pulled or they need to make a formal announcement down the road:

been cancelled. We do not have a new release date, therefore we have
cancelled this item from your order. Be assured that you were not billed
for this item since it was never shipped.

That's probably because they had the HD-DVD version also listed.

The HD-DVD fanboys were so excited over on AVS and HDD...
