As a seller, you have the right/responsibility to call the shots as to how payment is handled, and when their item ships.

If they don't like it, they can go...well, you see where this is going...

Since this is now under federal investigation, I'm not sure if I can give it out

i agree plus when you get the invoice that payment was sent, it says that it is a pending and do not ship the item until it clears. i feel for ya man, just be careful out there

Holy shit. He just said that he was on a business trip and just got back. He said that he doesn't know why it cancelled my payment and that he will send the money again. He said "I'm sorry, I promise you will get your money". I guess the million e-mails he got from me, e-bay, and paypal did the trick.

lol... hopefully now he's telling the truth. I'd still be skeptical. He may have just gotten something from the FBI and is pulling your chain... although when has the FBI ever been that quick??

Well I think were good. He never used Paypal before and didn't know that you had to verify your bank account. He's keeping close contact with me and asking me what to do. He's setting his Paypal up now, so hopefully I will have money soon WOOT.

You didn't use a paypal shipping label did you? He was probably waiting for you to ship the game and then cancelled his echeck. Paypal echecks take an eternity to clear as well. I remember it took almost 2 weeks for one to clear, but I always kept the buyer informed that the check was still processing.

Yeah I had a problem on Amazon with a guy not getting a package, funny thing is with all the places ive sent stuff to, the one time the package gets lost is to a place 2 hours from my house.

man it was ebay's plan of action to do that. They said that they would send me a report id and password to see where the investigation was going. Hopefully, they send it to me soon, so that I can cancel that report.
