Has anyone seen STEALTH?

Everyone is entitled to thier opinions. Personally I agree with Judgementday2007, the PQ and SQ is very good on this film. Sure its not the best film out there but its worthy of having some of the best picture and sound on BD to date.

yeah, everyone gets an opinion. i'll throw out there that the prestige has the absolute best PQ to date on BD.

Personally, I think that's a stretch. I think there are several films out there with better PQ and AQ. And there are definitely a lot of BD's out there that are just better movies (regardless of the PQ/AQ). Again, just my opinion.... from a fake BD fan.

Dude. Most the people here are the truest BD fans you can imagine. Many of us have been here since 2006; picked Blu-ray long before there was a clear winner.

If you want to say Stealth's PQ/AQ is amazing... go for it. But don't start spouting your opinion on the movie itself then challenge the Blu-hood of the most die hard members.

in my opinion alot of reviewers are full of *&!@?
and my few friends agree as well..

It seems reviewers like cookie cutter movies that
have released again and again and again.. heck
alot of horror movies are rereleases of old Japaneses
movies.

but alus I guess it doesn't have tom cruise in it...

Actually I have to admit I didn't care for the prestige...

my thoughts on that was, is this movie still going...
-I preferred the illusionist.

While I agree that Stealth definitely isn't Academy Award winning material, I agree with the OP in it is a good title to show off picture and sound quality even though there are better demo titles available on Blu. Besides, bad movies are just fun to watch and it doesn't hurt that I got it for a bargain bin price.

I didn't think Stealth was as bad a movie as some of you guys make it out to be. Different strokes for different folks... I haven't seen it on BD, but i can imagine the picture and sound rocking this world! Who cares if everyone likes this movie or not, i've seen people on these boards excited to buy ENCHANTED!



Ohhh and btw, who gives a sh*t what the reviews say?!? Are you guys that stuck up that someone else needs to watch a movie for you to base an opinion on?!?

I dont know why so many people put stock in rottentomatos as a review source just because they gave it a 13% its bad. most critics would not know a good movie if it hit them in the face. I own stealth on BD and I like the movie is it an oscar winner? no but neither are alot of other movies that I like its just good entertainment if you want a crappy movie I give you Cloverfield A rip off of blair witch and Gojira now that movie really stinks.

No, but my time has some value, and professional critics (who know good plots, well done acting, character building, symbolism, etc.) help me avoid wasting hours of my life with crap movies.

I've taken film study, analyzed many movies, wrote papers on them, kept journals, and all that crap; and once you really understand what a good movie is, it's hard to turn off your brain and enjoy a film like Stealth; especially more than once.

Watching a movie is a very subjective experience!
In general, I like movies most people do. But I didn't like "300" and "The Departed", for example. I thought "The Legend of Zorro" is much better than those. I also remember I didn't like "LOTR"(original) when I saw it at a theatre.
