LOL, I dont know why they are holding back this information. Ok dude here it is. They take a flatbed scanner like this

They carefull remove the lid they take the scanning device and mount it to the front of a 19" LCD 720p monitor.


While this contraption is hanging there they press the scan button and little blu-ray guys like this

hold the scanning bulb and move it Left to right thus capturing the image into one of these
and proceed to edit it using a program like this
