Default Paramount Re-Issues Cosmetic Changes

Ok noticed a few changes from the old ones to the new ones.
Looks like Paramount dropped the silver outer logo on a few re-issues.
here are some pics from Four Brothers. They are using different cases as well, the new ones have a printed blu-ray logo and the older ones have it embossed.

ok pics for those who care...................

What about We were Soldiers? Same looking case as Four Brothers.

The new one looks cheap as though it has been rushed () out.

the new printing process is cheaper. There is no foil embossing like the old ones.

Not sure about the re-releases since I haven't bought one, but Bee Movie and Blades Of Glory had a different insert inside the case dated 2008.

I could care less about the cosmetic changes. Just as long as I have all the Paramount re-releases in my collection! Although my Blu-ray copy of World Trade Center (with the silver outer logo) seems to stand out with the other 4 Paramount/DreamWorks Blu-rays in my collection.

I noticed that the cover of my Face/Off blu ray was a little to large for the warner bros style cases paramount uses now, that have the printed on blu ray emblem. The plastic seemed warped. Had to switch it with a case I purchased from sleevecity that has the embossed logo like the original Paramount releases and Sony ones.

I bought Aeon Flux over three months ago by ebay and my copy didn't have the silver "Paramount HD" embossing. It was obviously a first release but didn't look like one, maybe it was a bootleg? Picture quality is nothing to cry for.

This actually has nothing to do with the re-releases. They quit doing it when they were supporting Blu-Ray the first time. Hence We Were Soldiers, The Manchurian Candidate, Freedom Writers, and a few others as well.

I don't like that they are using the Warner Brothers cases on their re-releases. I will be getting the Sony/Disney cases I think for them since they will throw off my other Paramount releases.
