HEY...wait you're right.

It has been hard to be an Oakland fan since the shalacking.

The ONLY thing good that came out of that night was that I hooked up with this chick, and that woman has now been my wife for almost 5 years.

That team is going no where as long as Al Davis is alive. Dont get me wrong, the man has done some greathings in his life with the Raiders, but it's time for change.

The AZ cardinals are ALWAYS talking about 'next' year. I live here in PHX and before their new stadium was built, the opposing team almost always had more fans. It was like they never had a home game.

The title of this thread was a little presumptuous. Sure he wanted out, but they've said now that they won't release him. I'm a Pack fan and I really wanted to see what they could do with Aaron Rodgers but honestly, I think they would have a better chance with Favre to reach the SB. But that would just be incredibly selfish of Favre if he came back after the team made it clear that Rodgers was going to be the starter. Maybe they could be the first-ever NFL 2-QB tandem. NCAA has popularized it, and the NFL has been increasing the number of RB tandems. I don't think it's too bad of an idea.

i don't see that happening (the 2 QB thing) not in the NFL yet. Also, the pack won't release him only because they know he has value. It appears Favre wants to be a starter again. The pack is standing behind Aaron Rogers (and I respect that), but i'm sure Favre is worth giving up a future 3rd rounder along with an active player today to some teams and McCarthy knows that.
