After having Uverse for a few months I am switching back to Time Warner. The Uverse service does have some positive things going for it (total home dvr, the ability to program your dvr from any computer, larger channel selection). But it has some problems they need to get worked out. Only 2 hd streams can be very annoying when you have 2 hd tvs and are trying to record something, the tv freezes up quite frequently, the hd picture quality is not as good as cable, like a previous poster mentioned I have had to call Uverse more in the 3 months I have had it then in the 15 years I have had cable, one call I had to wait over an hour and a half before being accidently hung up on. Time warner is also becoming more competitive on price here, they are giving me pretty much the same service I am getting with Uverse for about $40 less a month.
