"upgrade" = better in some way.
Has Warner announced TrueHD audio? Some new extras?
Like I said, I'm not that big a fan of the movie itself, so I doubt these new extras will make me upgrade. But, I am curious

(And, let me re-emphasise my earlier offer to those who think HDDVD is automatically inferior to Blu. I'll happily take your older disks, for a few cents (I'm generous; maybe even a few dollars) each )

I sold all my HD DVDs and player earlier this year (except for one I haven't been able to sell). I have SINCE purchased SEVERAL of the films on Blu-ray that I had on HD DVD. Some of them had better specs ("The Mummy", "The Mummy Returns", "The Scorpion King") on Blu-ray, one of them was the exact same other than one change ("Batman Begins"), some of them WERE the exact same ("National Lampoon's Christmas Vacation", "V For Vendetta", etc...), BUT all of them were upgrades to me. Why? Because they're on Blu-ray!

The above may seem like a "fanboy" response, but in reality isn't. Over the next year or two, as player prices go down, I'd like to add additional Blu-ray players to the household, and I like knowing that if I want to watch a title in that room, I don't have to worry about it, because my player will play it.

Even if I had kept my HD DVD player, I'd still rather have an exact duplicate encode/spec'ed disc on Blu-ray. I'm sure there are others out there like me...

i meant in terms of the colour bleeding that marred the Hd-DVD version of Mutiny

i cant see warners re-doing it to satisfy <2000 copies to be sold worldwide

oh, and its a vastly under-rated film much better than some of the drivel out on BD
