I think you are thinking of Don't Mess with the Zohan, not Zodiac.

I'll be picking this up for sure. I don't want the same DVD cover though. I like to have a bit of variety between my DVDs and Blu-rays.

It's not the same DVD cover. I have the HD DVD and the DVD. They are different. Well, if you own the single disc DVD it's different. They came out with a 2-disc DVD at the same time as the HD DVD and it has the same cover, but that was months after the original DVD was released.

I'm glad to see a lot of positive posts about the movie. I will definitely rent this one at Redbox. After eleven orders during amazon's erroneous 3 for 2 sale, I'm satisified with my blu-ray fix for the remainder of the year.

Also, the stock market is so volatile. Banks are going under and taking the rest of the world with it. Things are scary now. I have a feeling it will only get worse. I have talked to a few people who remember the depression. When you hear those stories, you think twice about spending money on blu-ray items.

Back to a more happy note. I would still like to get the Matrix movies separately. Also wouldn't mind having Mummy: tomb of the dragon emperor.

Oh. Well, not gonna happen. It is Paramount after all. These are the same folks who put out the biggest box office hit of all-time on DVD with discs that were gray and you could barely read the text on them (Titanic), much like Zodiac ironically. The original 1-disc Zodiac DVD uses the same gray covers on the disc just like the Zodiac HD DVD and I'm expecting the Blu-ray to have. They seem to do this often. I just wish they would make the text more legible, like they did with Iron Man.

The extras are fantastic on this disc. I have the Aus release of the Blu Ray and I actually watched the lot of the doco extras, which is a first for a long time.

Nice transfer too.

Paramount have now announced the specs for this including True HD

In fact all there catalog titles in December and January have True HD so well done to Paramount and are you watching Warner?
