Can't wait. Definitely going to be getting this, one of my favorite films. The others were just crappy.

WB put uncompressed audio on a significant release?

I'll be in my fallout shelter.

I've always liked Warner's digibooks. The photos and binding are well done, and it brings something fresh to the packaging.

I really don't like Keannu Reaves and have a problem with the sci fi story behind Matrix, but there's no denying the special effects and audio mix make it fun and a unique HT experience. I can skip II and III.
Then you go ahead and skip the story. Have fun.

Digibooks rocks!

I am also glad I didn't buy the Ultimate Collection. I already own the whole extras on DVD. I just want the movies on HD! I am not even interested on The Animatrix.

Cool cover art!

Apparently there was some video glitch on the boxset. Was it on the first film? If so, just wondering if this release would correct it.

the book IS the case. the disc is on the inside of the back cover. the rest of it has production stills and cast info, etc. pretty classy. i have the shawshank redemption which is a digibook, it's not as bad as you'd think.

yeah... it was a very different thing if you watched the matrix a million times in a row when it came out on vhs. and then you got the action-fantasy sequels with no philosophical theories.

No philosophical theories? Really? If anything, I think the opposite was a problem of both sequels.
