I bought this on Blu-Ray 3 or 4 years ago and didn't open it let alone watch it until last night. Hadn't seen it in years so it was a enjoyable viewing. The dialog can be preachy and the plot is not always believable especially with the timing and convenience of the transplant near the end, but it does raise some good points about the expense of medical care and what a man would do if pushed to breaking point to save his son who can't afford it.

The image was crisp and sharp overall and the audio was surprisingly effective.
