John Q. was announced with the other 9 Warner Bros. titles to be released on April 7, 2009, but I wanted to start on its thread. This is my favorite title out of the 10 being released that day and really looking forward to its release.

I remember someone referring to this as the I Am Sam of HMO films, so that was enough for me to take a pass on it. Most of my friends who saw it said it wasn't bad though, so maybe I'll have to give this a rent at least.

That being said, I wasn't really enthusiastic about any of them, unfortunately.

This is a movie starring Denzel Washington. Pretty good Movie imo.

John Q is a great film with a message everyone needs to know about. A very important movie. I'll be adding it to my Blu-ray library.

This is a very good movie.I think Denzel did an excellent job playing a father pushed to do things that he wouldn't normally do.
I would replace my DVD if the price is resonable.

Great movie.
The message is so powerful.

I'm sure any father who loves their child, would understand why exactly he did what he did.

Def. 1st day purchase for me.

It's definitely a great movie. I wouldn't exactly say that every movie Washington is in is great, but this one is.

Yes, I would encourage everyone to take others hostage to get what you want...

Sorry, but hated this movie, if not MOST for the crap message it sends out to those down on their luck.

Very underrated film in my opinion, I have always enjoyed watching this.
