I got my email today too, but thats after the cusomer service rep denied my request a week or two ago

maybe amazon will reconsider their policy

i ordered the 3 disc version when it first came out and i just ordered the prince caspian, wall e pack the other day.... the $10 i got was for the 3 disc wall e i ordered on release day

I got the refund as well it was the three disc version. I have gotten refunds from Amazon on Blu's as little as $.50. Never had an issue with Amazon.

I sent them another e-mail and this time they said they will make an exception even though I did not qualify!!! I get $10 back....I always say AMAZON is soo good even if I'M a pain...

I preordered Wall E through Amazon on Nov. 14th but I wasn't lucky enought to get the refund. Must have been outside the timeframe of the promotion.

I got a $10 refund from Amazon, but no explanation why. It makes sense through since I preordered both Wall•O and Narnia Prince Caspian. Cool.
