lol. They were shot on film. Not so much with Top Gear and Dr. Who. DVD is the best we will get.

Glad I found this thread, was going to see if "Ab Fab", "Keeping Up with Appearances", "Fawlty Towers", "Red Dwarf", "Coupling", "Dr. Who", etc. were on Blu-ray.

"Walking with Dinosaurs" was great when it was released on DVD and a lot of us went gaga over it. But I think right now, what WwD was for DVD, "Planet Earth" is for us with Blu-ray...

Most of these were shot on VT, so the best you could hope for from a Blu-ray would be more episodes per disc, but no increase in PQ.

I would love to see primeval series 3 and torchwood series 3 on blu-ray when they get released.
