Still waiting for my "coffin" for my PS3. It stopped reading BD's two months out of warranty. I could attempt fixing it by replacing the laser but I'm afraid it might be something else. In that case, i'd be out the cost of the laser plus screw myself out of having Sony look at it.

Edit: I need to back up my PSN downloads, save games, etc. Can I just plug in a 32gb flash drive and use the backup utility? I've never had to use it before. Thanks.

Make sure you make a backup of your backup!
