Bilingual covers being shipped by PlayUSA, Should I be concerned?

PlayUSA display English language covers only, and only very occasionally detail a product as being in French/English packaging.

It isn't just the packaging though. In rare occasions supplements are dropped on these releases to make room for more dubs and subtitles. My recent Pinocchio was NOT DisneyBDLive enhanced as it was the dual lang release. This in particular annoyed me as I can access this feature on my Region A PS3. Not that there's much worthwhile content at the present time.

Suppose I'll just have to pay out a bit more to make sure I get the US only release of a title.
