Hey everyone

Really want to import some US blu's, and have always got on with Play.com.

Just wondering how PlayUSA.com is at shipping to the UK?

1)Is it free postage?
2)Where do they ship from?
3)Are they fast?

They're absolutely fine...when they've got the item in stock. Woe betide you if you have to wait for something!I've had an order for the Canadian FROM DUSK TILL DAWN Blu-ray for about a month and a half now!

No problems except sometimes when an item is out of stock it can take a while to become available. Credit cards are charged at the time of despatch not order and delivery is usually less than a week. Discs supplied are always Canadian - usually identical to the US issue but in the case of some studios with French as well as English writing on the sleeves. Defective items are returned to a UK address and postage refunded

Keep in mind PlayUSA has potential customs fees for anything over £18, which can be well over £10. It won't always happen but might if they notice it at the sorting office.

But they've added a pop up warning now if things are over the customs limit to let the buyer know they may incur extra fees...

Agreed with everything above - I ALWAYS get stung on box sets, making them no cheaper than any other site. Also, where the Canadian edition is significantly different in content from the same US title, they don't always make clear - just had to return a disc for a refund and re-buy an actual US disc from Movietyme, who I used to use back in the DVD days, and am now returning to.
