Default Looking for that last piece
I have been on the upgrade trail for a couple of months and am down to the last piece that I need, the sub. I currently have an old 150W JBL 10" sub that came with a JBL SCS150 HTIB. I am fairly clueless on what makes a good sub or not. Here are my specifics...

4809 cubic foot room.
80% Blueray/DVD Home Theater
20% Music
Sony DG820 receiver
Fronts Energy 2XC-300 towers
Center Energy C-C100
Surrounds Energy 2XC-100
Rear Surr Energy 2XC-100
Primary seating position about mid room
Budget would like to keep it under $300 but not in cement.

Suggestions from those that know would be appreciated
