AFAIK, I don't recall seeing anything different in it over the last year + that I've been subscribed. If anything they tweet more than they send out email notifications.

I'm not sure if they send out email notices for when prints go on sale via email. Probably by the time you received and read the email the prints would be sold out.

There is "usually" an email a couple of days before the prints go on sale. There also is "usually" a tweet at the same time. On the day of the actual sale there is no email, only a tweet... a tweet that for the most part is just a formality as more often than not the prints are sold out before the tweet hits the internet and if it isn't sold out it is well on the way to being sold out.

Yeah that batman looks better than the jpeg and jc richard is a great artist. I picked up that Craig Drake O-Ren print off Mondo yesterday and will post some pics up here once I get it in.

Hey everyone... I have some of my posters up for sale in the trading forum https://forum.blu-ray.com/showthread.php?t=205032

I have 315 posters coming tomorrow or Friday.... I have know idea of what posters they are but my friend said that these were the better ones.. I am just hoping for some Dark Knights... I will sort through the second batch and make a list. Thanks

As far as I know the dark blue should be solid. It looks like the ink didn't completely fill in the legs. It's tough to see, but everytime I look at the poster my eyes go right to it

Just a heads up for everyone... for those of you who are interested in Mondo/Gallery 1988 and the work that they do, I'm hosting an event next month in Pittsburgh, called Steel City Secret Cinema (more info, www.steelcitysecretcinema.com)...

Some of you probably heard me mention this earlier, but the good news is that for those of you who can't make it, I will have 10 AP's available for sale... 5 of which I'm going to sell on here... I'm guessing they will be around $50-60 shipped for CONUS

All proceeds benefit two local non-profits. Obviously, the print will be under wraps until after the event, so more info to come!

What are AP's? and what are CONUS?

AP = Artist Proof ... these are typically smaller runs given to the artist to sell individually

CONUS = Continental/Contiguous United States... essentially, the lower 48 states

My advice again is to just put up a master list by title (alphabetically) and not post the posters of each and every poster on the thread you started because the majority of people may not want to scroll through an endless amount of photos, and a moderator may take notice and say not to post so many images. While it is best to take the photos that you are doing, I would just put up one big list and have people contact you for images which you can then attach to an email and send them them. Would make it less time consuming for you as well. Just my two cents....

To add to that the artist proof copies generally will be signed and numbered by the artist but also labeled "AP" on them. For example the Kill Bill: The Whole Bloody Affair Standard Edition Print by Tyler Stout from Mondo had 600 of them made. Of that 600 the majority of them were numbered only. A small amount of them were signed and numbered available through Stout's lottery when he offers a print. On top of that were 65 "Artist-Proof" copies which were signed and numbered out of 65 with a "AP" next to the signature so technically a different numbering system but the same exact print, just a smaller batch only available through the artist directly.

Will the Canadians be allowed to purchase as well, long as we cover the extra shipping?

I decided that I'm going to sell my 'flawed' Variant and hunt down a mint copy. Whalen's never seem to sky rocket in the secondary market, so that should help me in obtaining a mint copy

Hopefully there is people out there that aren't as OCD as myself
