I got both a $15 gift card & my $15 reward yesterday. I bought $50 worth of laundry detergent, which qualified for a $15 gift card, plus I bought an additional $15 worth of items. That qualified me for 1/2 of my bonus reward.

I went back to Target a few hours later and bought $65 worth of misc. items which completed my bonus reward for my $15.

Yes, but you'll want to check the order daily. Periodically they will ask you to "Approve Delay", and if you don't do so in a timely manner, they will cancel your order.

Sometimes. One order I kept responding to their approve delay until they decided to cancel it anyway. Another order eventually did ship after several delay approvals. Sometimes your order will be on infinite delay even though it's back in stock. Preordering might play a role in that one.

I've had to approve a delay five times for a movie from my last sale order. It's an old DVD so I expect it'll get canceled eventually. But today I checked the movie's product page on the company's (SF) website and it says that the movie is backordered, so maybe I will get it eventually... unless I miss one of the emails from Target telling me to approve the delay (again and again and...)
