I doubt alot of these shops give you much in return for trading in. If they sell stuff for like $4 bucks. I imagine they give you less for trading. Like $2 maybe if that.

Just asking, because Amazon was asking around .25 for some blu trade-ins, which was ridiculous!

usually $2.. it's not worth it for most stuff, but if you look at ebay/half.com/amazon marketplace you're only netting $2-$3 on a bunch of older common titles so it's not worth the effort selling those online and just trade in.

last week actually. the bogo savestation titles , picked up London Boulevard and Boondock saints 2.... pawn shops get me some great deals but there are less common titles that you need to go retail.

but if it's in the walmart $7.88 bin. I'm guaranteed to have every pawn shop in town stocked with them in a few weeks

I know. Amazon is freaking ridiculous on what they are willing to give you for something. Sometimes they will give you 50 cents for a new sealed movie.

The 2 BestBuys here did not have the bogo stand either.

When my Moviestop still had the trade two get one new release deal, getting3-4$ movies and flipping them to them was the best way to maximize your finds

I know they are oldies, but couldn't pass them up at 2 for $10. Especially considering that Snatch wasn't even opened yet and is one of my favourite movies. I've got a Guy Ritchie trifecta going with Lock, Stock and Two Smoking Barrels bought there a few days ago too!

What is the best way to locate pawn shops in the area? I went to pawnshoplocator.com and most of the pawn shops listed in this area have disconnected phones! I have never really gone to pawn shops around here as most of them are in the ghetto, but want to start going to try to find some gems .
