Use the 2 piper, aka, double barrel shotgun, with V-rings. 4 hits and she's out of her armor suit(her stamina will drop, not her health). 2 hits in human form and it's over.

Many people seem to fail to realize the substantial amount of content in this game... seriously. You can take literally thousands of different approaches to EVERYTHING almost. My Boss emblem run was nothing at all like my previous runs, I'll tell you that! I did the game with 0 kills, 0 alerts, 0 continues and under 5 hours on Solid normal and my boss emblem was still NOTHING like that play through. Big difference when your ammo is limited.

Want a challenge? Try beating the game with only the stun knife with zero kills... possible? Yes, believe it or not. Easy? Hell no.

i heard about the 0 kills, 0 alerts, 0 continues....thats not for me.
i do try and be as stealth as possible...if i get an alert i'm not stopping to reset. and we all know you definitely played more than 5hrs to complish something like that.

the reason i want to play again is to try a different approach myself. emblems are fine...i'm playing just to enjoy the game and try a different approach to the levels. i do like to snipe, so 0 kills is unlikely in the next run...but maybe 0 alerts and continues if possible. if i get an emblem for that...cool...if not...thats ok too...i wasn't playing for emblems.

I just noticed something tonight, if you shoot the barrels, some have items in them. What else have I missed.

If you use the lead ball gun that can cause whirl winds, a lot of things have items in them. hehe. I cant figure out how exactly to cause the whirl wind, but it is pretty neat when you do it.

How can i get a double barrel shotgun without buying it?

Also, In south america, right when you start, there is a small shed to the right. When you walk to the door it says you can press triangle to open it, but snake can't get in. I turned on night vision and moved the camera angle and noticed there was some special weapon in there....So....How do i get in there???? Anybody get in??

I think i got my twin barrel off of a rebel on my first run through. Just luck of the draw for me.

You could try blasting off the door with some sort of explosive.

I like mgs4...i like gta 4....But lets be serious...they didnt deserve a 10/10
theres really no game out yet that deserves that rating...
But hey...thats just my opinion...And i beat msg4 on solid....55 percent thru gta4

heh heh, I'm saving my DP for that weapon. I believe I read that whirl wind happens 33% of the shots fired.

I just finished solid normal in 4 hours and 20 minutes with No alerts, Kills, Continues, or food items. I think I am ready for Big Boss Hard.

I think you need to help the rebels and tranq/kill all the PMCs...I just don't remember how I got in there, I think that is where the double barrel shotgun is located... Damn it, now I'll have to go back and figure it out, because it's bugging me.

if you help the rebels and knock out all the PMCs around them, they'll all get up and try to retrieve weapons... from that shack.

the south american rebel disguise is also in that shack.

Also is it just me, but isnt Merill or Otacon supposed to be dead depending on what you did in mgs1.... why are both still chillin in mgs4 lol? Not that big of deal just wondering if i missed something,

I think it was made clear that the 'good' Meryl ending was the true one in MGS2 (not Substance Snake Tales but the main game) someone mentions her I seem to remember but it may be optional codec conversation. When you look at Olga after the boss battle and call Otacon?

yea got act 2 cleared on BBE dunno how to post pics am not that good with adding such links but my time was 1h38m42sec for act 1 and 2
