I allready done that, you get the Big Boss mask. I am talking about the corpse camo. Must have over 41 continue's. Did that, but didnt get corpse camo.

hey quick question... what effects do the masks have? do they actually work as a disguise or are they just fluff?

I think they work the same as face paints in MGS3, I know you generally get higher levels if you waer the FAce Camo

most of the masks are for fun, except the Auto-camo mask. it will increase your stealth percentage by 10%. hey, has anyone downloaded the new camos off the extras?(Rage camo and Laughing camo)

Hmm, I finished the game with over 41 continue's. Was spotted 23 times.

I unlocked Altair costume, but didnt get corpse camo. Anyone know why?
I played in Big Boss hard mode.

Same thing happened to me, did the damned Chicken run, with 50 continues, no Corpse camo. Did Centipede with 41 continues, again, no corpse camo, but I at least did the Bee emblem with that run, didn't get squat for that Bee one.

I'm beginning to believe all of the emblem faqs are wrong, conserning the Corpse camo.

I have and the only thing that has happened wearing it, is the friendly rebels get really snippy with Snake when you give them a ration/noodles/energy drink and that is with either Rage or Laugh camo on. The PMCs just go on alert and attack.

I played in Big Boss hard mode.

I got it on my chicken emblem run. I had 56 deaths and was playing on Solid Normal.

And if anyone is doing a run where you have to die a lot, I didn't die too much on my own as I was also trying to get kills, but near the end of Act 4 before you get to Metal Gear and the Vamp fight, I just kept falling in one of the two holes on purpose. Fairly quick way to rack up continues. There should be better ways, but that is what I did.

I just tried to do a no alert, no kill run on extreme, and I cannot get to the MKII to get my stuff. They seem to spot me no matter what I do. Props to the guys who have the patience to go through the whole game like that.

You should remember to put the Mk.II into stealth mode by pressing X. Just a reminder if you dont know. It took me a while to figure out the Stealth and non Stealth mode of the Mk.II. The first time I used it they didn't see it, but every time after that it would get spotted until I figured out the stealth.

It will fool PMCs and even Gekkos into thinking you are dead, when you play dead. and that's kinda why I want it before trying to get the Big Boss emblem.
