I should just keep my mouth shut...but the Spider-man trilogy, The Dark Knight, Iron Man and Hellboy 1 & 2 are all overrated.

OP, do you prefer Lester or Donner's cut?
I dont think Hellboy is rated that high to begin with. As for which Superman 2 movie. Im not sure which one I used to watch growing up. I dont know if i even seen both versions. Is it a big difference??

Yeah, it's a pretty big difference. Not a typical "few scenes added" director's cut. You probably grew up with the Lester cut seeing Donner's came out in 2006. Just curious--it's an intriguing fan debate.

#1: The Crow

This movie transcended the comic genre before Dark Knight, and is in my top movies of all time.

#2: Watchmen

#3: Dark Knight

#4: V For Vendetta

#5: Spider Man 2

Honourable mention to "A History of Violence" which was based on the graphic novel of the same name.

Hmmm, that's pretty much my list - however, Batman Begins is definitely in my top 5 - but I can't figure which of those movies I would bump to place Begins in.
