Mine are all side by each as I have not come up with a good sorting system yet. By country would work, but I would end up moving them around toomuch.

Just got my order. Overall, it's OK, but they're definitely not all 'pristine'.

I ordered:
300
10,000 BC
all 5 Potters
Beowulf
Flags of Our Fathers
Golden Kompass
Letters from Iwo Jima
Leon
Troja
and the Fast and Furious quad.

Here's what I got when I opened the box: 3 have the original seal on them, the rest seem to be re-shrinkwrapped, a cpl have scuffs and shelf marks, quite a few have loose discs and Troja has a cpl big dents in the back...

All in all, what can you do? At least they're not reprints, the price was good on them all and now I'll see if I can get a reimbursement on them.
Does anyone have the link to email Amazon handy? I spent a cpl mins looking for it, but couldn't find it..

Thats too bad for you and the other members who recieved yours damaged. I'm getting worried I have some on the way incl. 5 potters.I wish I would have waited for some to arrive before ordering more but i didnt want to miss out. like you say for the price I dont mind so much if they have some shelf wear on the outside but they shouldnt sell dented steels

Forgot to mention that Troja was right in the middle of the package, so it was dented before they even shipped. Bruutal..

Agree there, Amazon.fr is awesome, but I guess they say the same video we saw on how mail handled

I am having an issue with Amazon using UPS and not the usps. UPS charges brokerage charges for dealing with customs. The USPS is free. Imagine that, the Govt not charging for something . UPS is ridiculous with the amounts as well

Same here. I asked for a replacement for the damaged steel. They sent me 2 emails, the first one saying they have shipped the replacement and that I can keep the damaged steel. The 2nd email says I am obligated to return the damaged one. which is which? Think I'll have to contact them again to confirm.

What to do with the other discs? sell them cheap or trade them for something else of about the same value.

Oh I see... I thought I can keep the damaged one for real.. I was already thinking of selling or trading it... I guess not.

My two cents... keep it. The new shipped one is usually a form email they send to everyone thus it's catered to those in the EU.

I've had this happen to me before with amazon.de. Since they told me to do whatever I wanted to with the damaged ones in the first email, I decided not to listen to the 2nd email saying I needed to return them. I kept the damaged sbs and sold them off for cheap. After I received the replacements, maybe about two weeks late, I got a reminder to ship the damaged ones back. I contacted them through their website, and explained I got rid of them since they said I didn't have to ship them back in an email (I also copied the email so they could see it). They said okay, and then a few weeks later, I was charged for the replacements. I had to contact them again through their website, and after I explained to them in detail (with copies of the emails, names of the CSR person that sent it, dates emails received), they reversed the charges for the replacements.

If you plan on keeping them, just make sure you save the emails. You can't simply reply with any of the emails they send you either. You have to go through their website.

eh- then they flag your account and when you have another legit problem they are less likely to help. I always ship em back and they always pay me back for return shipping. Its a PITA but saves the added issues.
I have requested a discount before for the cheap ones and its usually like 7€ so its worth selling cheap then.
I guess its what your morals allow you to do However we dont discuss scamming retailers here, so do what they instruct
