the insert is Canadian and makes reference to the WB Canadian site, etc. Did you purchase yours in the US?

I already own the HD-DVD and if this one is the same specs I won't get it. However if they intend to max it out and make it better.... I will change my mind. Keep us posted when the specs become available.

I've asked; Doby says he cannot reveal his source without getting in trouble, but the forum veterans assure us that his info has always proven true.

Cool If I could request a movie..........

This would be it, the visuals, the sound, wow.

I am so jacked up for this movie to come to Blu. Target has it listed in their blu-ray section but not available to order yet.

my warner contact in europe told me that almost all future warner releases would have a truehd and lpcm track for about a year or so and then switch to truehd only later on when the standard is set. Dunno if it's the same thing for the us

I think you're probably right, but man, I really hope V gets both the Dolby TrueHD and PCM treatment so we get the best of both worlds!!

I will probably buy this release but Warner gets no love from me until we get actual BD specific releases that have a much higher bit rate.

The so so low bit rate hd dvd ports need to stop and the sooner the better.

Default they sent them back?

Just went to my local walmart here in eastern canada I noticed 3/4 of all the blurays were gone from the rack I asked the salesperson what happened to all the dics he said we sent them back. He said hardly anyone bought them (hmmm I bought at least 10 of them)there was no 300 at all and it looked like they still had the same number of hd dvds they always had.I guess I'll have to go back to futureshop for my bluray fix and something I find funny they raised all the prices at both walmart and futureshop hmmmmm
