I really concerned with those. lemme count some...

"Kaminey"
"Dev.D"
"Delhi 6"
"Jab We Met"
"Swades"
and etc...

especially I wasn't satisfied with "Kaminey" DVD both moser and UTV. So I was looking forward well mastered Blu-ray disc.
But now? hopeless.

There is always hope a non Indian release provides the goods, like French Jodhaa Akhbar. Till then buy the good quality BDs from Yash Raj (not all are good but several are really nice) and vote with your wallet.

Pazhassiraja dvd released by moserbaer....quality is stunning compared to their previous dvd's......hope the bd releasing on may 2nd week also have the same quality

^ Nopes , Actually Rann wasn't taken off , because BD had all stuffs as per stated on cover(like DTS Audio , English Subtitles) .

There were no watermarks on their previous releases, although they were messed up, and were taken off the shelves.
I hope, there won't be any water mark on the forthcoming releases too.

For the 356th time, MoserBaer only puts watermarks on DVDs, not blu-rays, and probably will continue to put them on DVDs.

I bought Rann, from a local video store in Artesia, California. I havent watched it yet , i saw the movie first on dvd. I will open the blu ray and see the quality, yes they are selling it here, so i believe it has been re released.


I think in response to below mail, the shopkeeper never returned the bad stock they received. I will play it next day or so. I love bd's with songs, this one has none, so not that intense about watching it, great story and amitabh jee. Just called shopekeeper yes confirmed it is from the first stock he received, he has NO CLUE about the recall from MB, it is amazing. He never received fashion, i think they got this before this whole MB controversy.

I see Rann available on some websites? If what they say above is true, then they are probably getting rid of some of the first batch useless discs that was produced (And at the same useless price). Where is the quality control? And the Price Rigidity? SONY, are you watching? LOL, What more must i say?

Rann was never recalled as there were no problems with that disc (it has lossless audio and subtitles), and what the hell does Sony have to do with any of this?
