Bring on the sequels I say. Pixar has a tremendous track record.

They will, one day, release something that everybody won't get all ga-ga about. Fact of life. It will happen. But when it does, I'll go looking to chase down those people. Will not want to hear the I-told-you-so line.

So strange about Toy Story 3 though. I thought I had heard via TV interview or on a Pixar blu-ray or DVD from a Pixar director that 'everybody wanted to know when there would be a toy story 3' and he said 'there wouldn't be one'. They were not going to have sequel-itis and milk stories for all they are worth.

So wish I could remember where I saw that. I do know I didn't imagine it though. Maybe someone else out there knows what I'm talking about.

It may have been quite a while ago when Pixar was having trouble with Disney, where Disney wanted to do direct-to-video sequels of the Pixar movies, and so when that issue was resoloved that is when they said they weren't going to do Toy Story 3. Just a thought.
