I use a Sony VAIO notebook to watch Blu-Ray movies and the blu-ray drive (Matshita brand) is 2x speed.
Recently, I've ordered "The Day After Tomorrow" Blu-Ray disc from Amazon and it'll take quite some time before I receive it. I've heard that this disc has a very high bit rate of 49 mbps, not to mention that it's a BD+ disc. Now I'm so afraid that my notebook's blu-ray drive might not be able to support the reading of this disc due to the high bit rate and BD+. What should I do? I need answer. Please, somebody. Can a 2x blu-ray drive read such high bit rate? |
