$7.3 billion.....

that is interesting I didn't realize the amount was that high. I wonder how much of that is from just the RROD.

Side Note: The price of the HD-DVD A2 model is $249.99 (at Best Buy) and there is NO discount on that bad boy and my store got the new samsung Blu-ray players (bdp-1400) last week. Also at Best Buy they are packaging a 360 pro with the purchase of Samsung HDTVs (not sure of what the price minimum is on that) but basically you buy a Samsung TV and get a free 360....so I told my g/f who doesn't know much about the xbox and she said what is the thing defective or something??....needless to say I started laughing.

If No to both questions: Then is the add-on hddvd drive for 360 just to watch movies????

If so, besides Halo3, the 360 is useless and cannot even compare to the PS3.
+ its high repair rate of what 33%.
Damn

LOL hddud, you guys really suck.

All I can say is......BLU-RAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Good article by the way.
Haha, 33% repair rate... that reminds me, just this weekend, i was over at eb games, and i heard a customer asking about the xbox 360, and he was informed by one of the eb games clerks, whom made it VERY plain and simple, to "Avoid the xbox 360". He was told how the majority of them are breaking down, and after people have used their once new systems for a while, they just trade them in for credit!

Hopefully the people doing this are making the switch to Playstation 3 I myself did so, although i didn't trade my 360 in (not long ago i got it back from repairs, after waiting for a month and having the system red lighting on me for MONTHS)
