The Target exclusive looks like you'll get the regular blu-ray with a slip, plus the "yearbook" thingie as well. Is that likely, or will it probably be some sort of photo diary/digibook like the Fantastic Four and Maze Runner sets from last year?

The cover art is just way too busy. Some times less is more Target guys.

It's basically the theatrical poster basically. With the exception of Nightcrawler. Which is weird.

Will more than likely pre-order if it comes with a $5 gift card (or 2). Otherwise I may just just wait until release day and play my luck at my local Target. I don't "need" the book, but then again I really don't "need" half the stuff I buy.

After seeing the Blu-ray DVD combo cover, I was hoping the 3D version would get a different cover. Really disappointed to see that everything is the same.

Yeah, it's an ugly cover from an ugly poster. But they used the poster, which I always say should be the go-to artwork to make these things, so I'm not going to complain in this case.

Where they just took pictures that face front, and photoshopped them to face the other way. Just look at Wolverine's and Storm's elbows for god's sake.

It's a giant optical illusion. At least Apocalypse looks like a comic book cover, which is cool.

Also, still better than this...

Artwork looks fine to me other than the missing wing I assume they will fix. Most movies use these cast shots, it certainly doesn't look any worse than the Avengers covers.

That said I hope for a nice deluxe package to match my sentinel packaging for DOFP.

It's very disappointing, but it makes it easier for me. Going with the 2D Blu-ray because it's cheaper.
