Thanks for clearing that up. I am sorry that I misspoke on the actual term. To some, core or legacy mean nothing, but to me...I appreciate the correct terminology.

If you do not currently have a receiver that accepts HDMI, then you are not getting the full sound quality you could get, but BD is never a waste of money ...you take that back...you hear.

Check out the Onkyo 605. really good bang for the buck.
