Default The Seven Samurai

I can't wait for Criterion to go blu and given Seven Samurai the royal treatment. No doubt it will take a BD 50 for it. mmm, good.

I agree with all of these, but My number one would be Gladiator. Also Saving Private Ryan would be on that list.

Children of Men; the amazing cinematography in this movie would be awesome in hi-def.

Ragtime! I remember getting up late at night on school nights just to see some t&a movies on HBO and I came across this movie. It just hooked me in for whatever reason. Have not seen it in a very long time and i never even got it on DVD. Hope it comes out on BD.

haha It's funny and nice seeing this thread and many things in it which have seen releases.

TV: Prime Suspect, Deadwood, The West Wing, Twin Peaks.

TV that will never happen or will take years: DS9, Buffy, Angel.

Movies: Mulholland Drive (+ any David Lynch really), Cabaret, Evita, Midnight Cowboy, Citizen Kane, Sunset Boulevard. Pulp Fiction and Seven I also want but can import them if need be.

And as for big releases, I'm looking forward to Jaws, the original Star Wars trilogy, Back to the Future. Alien and Beauty and Beast I would add, but they'll both be out by the end of the year
