Games You Wanna See Get Next-Gen Treatment - Page 3 - Blu-ray Forum

Here's one from left field. How about Lucasart bring back Maniac Mansion. To this day it's still my favorite game from the original NES. I'd love a next gen remake, but I'd be willing to settle for the original popping up on PSN (yeah, that could happen

). I'd love a new Castlevania, but lets face it, that series peaked w/ SOTN, and its been all downhill since. Of the ones from the list, I picked Earthworm Jim, mainly cuz God of War 3 will be out early next year. BTW, doesn't a game have to be good to merit a trip to next-gen consoles (I'm lookin' at you, Spawn

)?

I'd really like to see all the original RE games remade with HD over the shoulder graphics. also A GTA game that takes the whole 50 GB blu disk! imagine the possibilities!

Id like to see some old style Sierra type pc games on the ps3. Something like how phantasmagoria played out or even Syberia... I always loved those types of games

How about the Star Wars Rouge Squadron games that appeared on the Gamecube? Oh, and I also badly want a sequel to the original Bully game. It should be set in around L.A. The Bullies, Nerds and Jocks return, along with new gangs like goths, rappers, superstar wannabe's and so on. It should also have mods available for the PS3 version (if its multiformat) such as bigfoot (ala San Andreas mod), UFO's, Ghosts Your new character should choose 2 different fight stances (eg, street fighting, wrestling, MMA, among others) and if you combine the fight stances, you will get exclusive fight manuevers based on those stances. I want online multiplayer available for the game too. I could tell so much more but my mind is not clear right now.

GUNSTAR HEROS!!!!! i loved this game, i think its one of my top 10 of all time! such fun

Be careful there were a different set of rouge squadron games that were like interactive movies.. one making its way to the ps one do not accidentally summon that game.

resedent evill 3 also .using the same old method of fixed (but very real )backgrounds .

i think that would be the way to really cinematic graphics . they should try it .

I want to see Mech Commander on PS3. I prefered that a bit over the Mech Warrior series.

Would also love to see the Wing Commander series as was previously mentioned, such a great series, and I'd even buy the movie on Blu!

I'd also like to see the original Final Fantasy Tactics updated and tossed over to the PS3. Of course I'd rather see a new version made without the judges from FFTA.
