did you mean, movies that haven't been released? if so, who knows? if not...
there's something you can buy for mac. it's called, cinematize 2-pro edition. they may have it for those, p.c. things, i don't know.

Each reviewer is responsible for his/her own screencaps. I could tell you how we do it, but then I'd have to kill ya.

Will all reviewed Blu-ray titles be getting a screenshots option (and not just very newly released titles)?

In the review of "Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Man's Chest", there isn't a screenshots option but there are what look to be screenshots within the review itself, but they are of a different aspect ratio to the film itself. Are these actual screenshots?

Are the new full HD screenshots taken from the actual video files on the Blu-ray discs themselves or are they from another source?

Do the studios send the reviewers a selection of screenshots they can choose or do the reviewers have the ability to put in a Blu-ray disc and decide themselves on the exact frames they want to use for the screenshots and take the screenshots themselves?

Are all types of frames used for screenshots (I,P & B) or are only I-frames used?

They're more than likely capturing it directly from the source via a blu-ray equipped HTPC. I can't imagine getting screenshots from the studio. The early reviews didn't have the larger screenshots, just small captures in the article itself, similar to a newspaper or magazine article.

I could be wrong on all this since it's my outside observation, but I believe it to be correct.

That's correct. The site developers added the capability after many early reviews had been published, which took a lot of planning and effort on their part. Then it took some of us
