I had this blu-ray collection and it had japanese subtitles. Unfortunately my house was robbed and now im looking to buy it again. I've noticed on packaging that Japanese is not one of the listed subtitle languages...did it get removed or can someone verify that they still have that option?

Also is there a difference tween the 5 disc vs. final cut blu-ray?

WB made the exact same discs for the US as they did for Japan, so all the editions released in the US should have JP subtitles.

I found this forum after noticing my Star Wars Clone Wars Season One set had hidden Japanese subtitles and audio. I had changed PS3 languages to Jpanese dafault after Japanese purchesed Harry Potter Movies kept showing up in english. Thanks for the forum and add the box set to the list.

Hansel & Gretel: Witch Hunters has Japanese audio and subs, fairly simple dialogue. Plus Gemma Arterton's butt in leather transcends language barriers.

Can someone please explain why some of the items in the original list don't seem to be right, like Batman Begins and Kill Bill. I would like them in Japanese very much!!!

Probably because the list hasn't been updated in 5 years.

Well, Batman Begins and Kill Bill both have Japanese subs.

I have suddenly, and for no reason I can understand found Japanese audio on Batman Begins and so I wonder how this could possibly just happen?!

WB often authors a single discs for use in several countries to save on money. To name some recent examples: German releases of Pacific Rim and Edge of Tomorrow have the same discs as the Japanese release.

I'm trying to say that until recently, the Japanese audio was nowhere on this Batman Begins movie. And so I suppose I have to ask, if Batman Begins suddenly uses the option for Japanese audio, could it suddenly show up on Kill Bill? I hope so!

On another subject, for the blu rays of anime, Appleseed XIII, Code Breaker, and Nobunagun. Can someone tell me if these are subtitle locked?
