No there not part of walmart, basicaly there store contains following sections.

Vhs
Dvd
blu-ray
poster world
Games

Thats basically all they sell, they buy sell and trade,
there dvd section puts all other stores to full shame
including frys.

They also have walls set up of bounties promising x
dollars for specific items, these are items there looking
for and willing to open a larger coffer for then usual.
