It starts off well, but the longer you are with Netflix the service begins to suck. I've been with them for a year and now I'm waiting forever for movies. That Very Long Wait means you will get it when you get it. If they don't get me my movies soon, I'm going to Blockbuster!

Blockbuster?!?! When I first joined BB Total Access, they treated me well and sent every movie I wanted on-time but now since I've been with them for awhile, they've been leaving me out with long waiting times. Right now, I'm thinking of using their in-store flat rate rentals.

2 dvds at a time is 29.99/month unlimited. Its more expensive but I'll get my movies on time.

The only time I've had any shipping issues was back in August when they had the computer issues.

Other than that, the Lansing distribution center has been fantastic.

Funny but this is exactly the same thing with me. I very rarely get a new release anymore. I'll give em a few more weeks and if it stays the same I'll switch to BB.

The exact opposite for me.

If you want new releases on time, then add them to your queue when they're out in theaters. Usually works for me...

Today I received an email stating that they didnt have Bottle Rocket at my local distribution center and thats why they didnt ship it, however, they are shipping it today from a different facility. So, without any complaints or queries from me (no contact whatsoever) they sent me a bonus disc. GOOD SERVICE Below is the email.

Shipping update

Dear Danny,

Bottle Rocket was not available from your local shipping center. Fortunately, it was available from a shipping center in another part of the country. It's on its way and should arrive within 3 to 5 days.

You'll notice we also recently sent the next available DVD from your Queue to enjoy while Bottle Rocket makes its way to you.

Your Queue now shows this extra DVD rental. Enjoy.

I am getting The Notebook and Rocknrolla tomorrow on Blu. Just make sure they receive a couple discs on Monday and you will get new releases on time. My track record exceeds 95%

Nope. In fact it was designed to help people that only had the one-at-a-time plan.
