I just read this before I came to the forums. Yahoo makes me sick. They have to say PS3 sales are "embarrassing" because it was beat by PS2. Is it embarrassing that 4 year old 360 only beat 9 year old PS2 by 3,000 sales?

I'd just once love to see an article from anyone that says "It's a shame such a great piece of hardware is selling so poorly" instead of "Haha PS3 isn't selling"

Get over the persecution complex, this is yahoo's m.o. with all the consoles. Last month it was the wii, before that there were 360 postings. They seem to rotate which console to hammer on.

I can't take the news of playstation brand in last place anymore. I'm giving the ps3 one last final chance. If the ps3 don't reach 2nd place by this christmas 09' then I'm officially done with it. It will be goodbye ps3 + blu-ray & hello to 2600 + hd-dvd.

So your letting sales, and the media get in your way of enjoying all the AAA games coming this year? great decision.

I'm gonna cut out the sarcasm from now on.

I bought about 15 very fun games that can only be found on the ps3 & nowhere else. As a gaming device, I got my moneys' worth & looking very forward to more titles that will surely entice me.

Calling myself a gamer & not getting games for the ps3 would only effect me directly. I choose not to miss out on any possible chance of entertainment since I paid good money. I might as well use have fun with it.
